By the end of this visit, you'll receive a detailed project estimate — so you have a complete picture of the scope and investment before any commitment is made.

STEP 3: FULL-SERVICE DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

From here, we take the lead on everything. Design development, material selections, contractor coordination, site management, and the countless details that make a renovation feel seamless rather than stressful. You'll stay informed at every stage — but the complexity is ours to carry.

It begins with a $300 in-home design consultation. Madeline comes to your space, walks through your goals in detail, and provides immediate expert direction. From there, we develop a customized proposal with a fixed design fee tailored to the size, scope, and complexity of your specific project. This fee encompasses everything — space planning, material and finish selections, custom detailing, contractor coordination, site management, and full project oversight from concept to completion.

For full-service renovations, we also manage sourcing, ordering, and installation coordination, so every single detail is executed to the standard your home deserves.
