Full-service projects — design, materials, construction, and management, start to finish — typically begin around $80,000 for master bathrooms and $140,000 for kitchens. You can see typical starting investments for each project type on Our Process page

If your project is smaller, reach out anyway — I take on select smaller projects as my schedule allows, and I'm always honest about whether I'm the right fit for what you need.

Design and planning typically take 2–5 months — that's where every material gets selected and ordered and every trade gets scheduled, which is exactly what makes the construction phase run smoothly. Construction itself depends on scope: a kitchen typically runs 3-6 months; whole-home 6-12 months. You'll have a realistic timeline in hand before any demo begins, and I'll keep it honest throughout.

As a solo studio taking a limited number of projects, my calendar typically books 6 months out. The best time to reach out is 4-6 months before you'd like construction to begin — that gives us room for design and planning without rushing either. If you have a date in mind (a holiday, a graduation party, a move), mention it on the contact form and I'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.

A flat project fee — not hourly billing. No tracked minutes, no surprise invoices. It starts with a $300 in-home consultation, where I walk your space and build a detailed estimate; that $300 is credited toward your project when you move forward. From there you receive a customized proposal with a fixed design and project management fee for your specific scope. You'll know exactly what you're investing, and exactly what you're getting, before anything begins.

Yes. If you have a contractor you know and trust, I'm happy to work with them — just mention it on our discovery call so we can plan for it.

One honest expectation to set: most of my projects run on a vetted team I've worked with for years, which means we've already built the shorthand, the standards, and the scheduling rhythm that keep a renovation moving. With a new-to-me contractor, that trust gets built during your project — so timelines often run a bit longer while we establish how each other works and I verify the quality of every stage. I hold every project to the same standard no matter whose name is on the truck; with my own team, we simply get there faster.Item description

My focus is full-service design and construction management — most of my clients come to me for a kitchen, bath, basement, or whole-home renovation, and furniture and styling are simply the final layer of that process. Standalone furniture and styling projects are something I take on only occasionally, quoted based on the number of rooms.
