A Kitchen & Living Room Renovation — in Xenia, Ohio.

This project reimagined the heart of the home — the connected kitchen and living spaces where this family spends most of their days. We started in the kitchen and eat-in area, then carried that vision through the living room, anchored by a reimagined fireplace that gives the space a true focal point. A refreshed stairway and updated lighting bring warmth to the whole level, while new flooring and fresh paint tie it together. And because this was a full-service project, we carried it through to the furniture — selecting and placing every piece so the finished space felt complete and ready to live in. The result is a first floor that flows beautifully and works the way this family actually lives.
