Brehm Basement

A complete basement transformation in Fairborn, Ohio— from unfinished space to a full second living .

The Brehm project had a large, unfinished lower level full of potential but no function. The vision was ambitious: turn that blank space into a true extension of the home, with dedicated areas for entertaining, hosting guests, working, and creating.

We designed and managed the renovation from the studs up. At its center is a stunning arched custom bar that anchors a warm, inviting entertainment space built for gathering. From there, the lower level unfolds into a comfortable guest bedroom and full bathroom for visitors, a dedicated art studio, and a his-and-hers office for two people to work side by side. Every zone was thoughtfully laid out and finished with the same elevated, cohesive design carried throughout the home.

The before photos tell the whole story — a raw, unfinished basement reimagined into one of the most used and loved levels of the house. From concept to final reveal, the entire project was designed and managed in-house, the hallmark of a true full-service approach.
