A custom kitchen & main-floor remodel in Beavercreek, Ohio.

The Oak Brook home was built for everyday living and gathering, but the original layout kept the main floor closed off and dated. The vision was a bright, connected main level anchored by a showpiece kitchen, where the entry, kitchen, dining, and living spaces finally flow as one.

At the heart of the design is a striking custom kitchen featuring soft shaker cabinetry, a quartz waterfall peninsula, and a custom navy range hood framed in wood. A deep blue tile backsplash with a herringbone accent brings depth and personality, while brass fixtures and hardware add a quiet richness throughout. From there, the open dining and living areas carry the same warm, layered palette, and refinished flooring ties the entire main floor together.

We carried the design through to the hardest-working spaces, too — a redesigned laundry and mudroom that turned a purely functional zone into one that's organized, intentional, and built to keep up with daily life.

From concept to final reveal, every room was designed and managed in-house — the hallmark of a true full-service approach.
