Woodland Ridge

A coastal-inspired whole-main-floor renovation in the Centerville, Ohio.

This Woodland Ridge home had good bones but dated, disconnected spaces that no longer fit the way the family lived. The vision: a light, airy, coastal-inspired interior that feels elevated yet effortlessly livable — calm, layered, and warm throughout.

We reimagined the entire main floor as one cohesive design. The transformation included a custom coffee and wine bar, a bright eat-in kitchen area, a comfortable lounge and sitting room, a refined dining room, a functional home office, and a curated photo wall — all tied together with new trim work, fresh paint, and thoughtfully selected furniture and lighting. Every room was designed to flow into the next, balancing relaxed coastal tones with intentional, lasting detail.

The before photos tell the real story: rooms that once felt heavy and dated are now light, open, and full of personality. The result is a home that feels both beautifully designed and genuinely easy to live in — proof of what a full-service, whole-home approach can do when the vision and execution stay in the same hands.
